I spend most of the year doing all the boring stuff that no-one else enjoys - the applications, risk assessments and chivvying people. When I'm not doing that, I teach with Shift Bristol, play on my allotment, head up the JEDAI (Justice, Equality, Diversity, Accessibility & Inclusion) working group for the Permaculture Association Britain (PAB), run a food surplus project and co-manage the Taj Mahal Community Hub in Machynlleth. My favourite things are weeding, learning the Welsh language, cooking great vegan food and talking with animals.
